How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Estimated order processing and delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 business days. Please note that our shipping partners experience delays due to COVID-19, which may result in longer delivery times.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you wish to exchange or refund your purchase, please send your items to the following address, along with your order number and reason for return:

Once this is done, you can then contact us at contact@airhoodies.com and inform us that you have shipped the package and include your tracking number. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must not be washed and must have its original tags. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Airhoodie is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend that you use a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in perfect condition.

How will I receive my refund?

We accept exchanges and returns of items returned within 30 days of purchase. You will only be refunded via the payment method you used. If your payment method is associated with a gift card or other payment method, you will receive the gift card and the balance via your other payment method.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email and inform you that your return has been processed.

If you do not specify your reason for return, we will issue a gift card for the returned item(s).

I have received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order - what should I do?

If you have received an item outside your specified order, incorrect size or colour, your order will be changed at no cost to you. Please contact us at contact@airhoodies.com with photos of the item, and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavor to supply you with the correct item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the full cost of the item.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure that every precaution is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.

If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us and let us know which item is missing, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
