If you have received an item outside your specified order, incorrect size or colour, your order will be changed at no cost to you. Please contact us at email@example.com with photos of the item, and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavor to supply you with the correct item as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the full cost of the item.
When returning the incorrect item, please ensure that every precaution is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.
